"I dealt primarily with Cherice May. I found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patient. She cheerfully answered my many questions, some of which I was uncomfortable asking, but she made me feel at ease. We were switching from another company that we had been with for 42 years because our rates went through the roof for the 2nd year in a row and we could no longer afford them. I had asked Cherice if I could take a couple of days to explore my options, and she gave me the time to do that and come to my own decision, no pressure from her whatsoever. After talking with many different agents with various companies, I soon realized that Cherice and her associates were considerably more knowledgeable about her product and in helping to find us just the right deal. I really like the idea of having an actual agent and not just an impersonal 800 number. We had several different type of vehicles, one of which was a classic car, and then our home. She really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what she found and I was very happy to finally choose State Farm."

She also took the time to explain what sorts of coverage would give me the most bang for my buck given my circumstances and lifestyle.
